In these ongoing classes, you can get regular doses of spiritual understanding, connection, support, fitness and much more. Click on the name of a class for more information. Classes that meet weekly are marked with an askerisk (*).
Groups are also great for fellowship, learning and fun. Each meets as frequently as desired by the group members; some meet monthly, others bi-monthly or weekly. Groups are designed for specific audiences (e.g., men, women, recovering couples) or interests (e.g., crafters and those who enjoy poetry). Check out the Groups page for more information.
Scheduled about every month, the Connection Class is an opportunity for you to discover and connect with people at Unity while exploring spiritual understandings.
