Gain in-depth insight and experience of a topic that is meaningful to you. Workshops and seminars are presented regularly by invited guest speakers and authors to support you in your spiritual journey. 

Unless otherwise stated, workshops and seminars are offered on a free-will donation basis (suggested donation $10 to $25). When you make your donation, ask yourself how much value you received and you will be guided to the right amount.

The workshops are open to everyone; you do not need to be a member or attend Sunday services to attend. Registration is not required unless otherwise stated. If you have an access need, please notify the office at (925) 937-2191 or office@unitycenter.net.



Heart Centered Living

Management of Stress and Change
Saturday, May 6 at 10:00 am - 12:00 pm with Ciel Gierke
 
Who doesn’t experience stress? Join certified De-Stress Workshop Instructor Ciel to gain helpful tools in managing stress and change. We will do simple assessments and focus on the causes of stress and antidotes to ease or completely free ourselves. Participants will learn and practice useful breathing and heart techniques.
 
Cut-Thru® for Everyday Use

Is it possible to cut thru issues in the moment? Yes it is! Different situations and issues can pop up in a day. Using one of the Cut-Thru®steps as a Tool in Action can help you come back to coherence in the moment and give you a new perspective. Come explore how Cut-Thru® can help you manage overwhelm, eliminate anxiety, relieve fatigue and lift depression.
 

2017 Year of Awakening Wholeness and Happiness

Please join the 2020 Insights Spiritual Programs Team on the fifth Wednesday evenings of 2017 for connection and exploration of our awakening to wholeness and happiness. We began the year with Awakening Joy with James Baraz and a panel on Spirituality and Spiritual Healing.
 
Relationship Connection Summit

Relationships and connection flavor our lives and can bring us great joy. Connection to self, others, and spirit gives lives meaning. How do we foster sustained, mutually beneficial relationships? How do we connect productively in challenging situations? How do we promote wholeness and happiness in our relationships with ourselves and others?

Rev. Kristin Powell, Carolyn Janson, and Kathleen Sims will share their expertise, offer practical techniques, and answer questions on how we connect with authenticity in our personal, professional, and spiritual life.
